I just want to take the time to wish all of my friends and humans a very Merry Christmas!  Dr. Beall and his family are currently back in Africa, delivering all of the shoes that people were so generous to donate over the last several months.  I still don't get that shoe thing, but whatever.  They all send their best wishes to everyone all the way from Africa.  Thank you to those who donated, too, that was really cool!

Once again, on Christmas I will be in the office all alone with no lap to lay on.  I just hope you all have a great day with your families, don't think one bit about me being cold and alone, really I'll be just fine.  Maybe some nice little mice will come play with me so I can torture them before they become my Christmas dinner.  That would be nice.  But, really, I'll be fine.  Don't worry about me!  If someone would like to stop by to visit me before and leave me a gift, that might be kind of nice... but, whatever.

This week I lost a friend.  Frank Boston was one of our drivers for Antech labs and he passed away.  This makes me sad because Frank always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone.  He had a great sense of humour and made the most of his life.  I will miss him. 

It's odd when you lose someone that you don't know well, but who is in your life almost every day.  You expect to see that person on a regular basis, and then suddenly they are gone.  Makes you think, doesn't it? 

I will miss Frank, as I'm sure all the humans in our office will, as well as all of his humans.  Rest peacefully Frank, and don't cause too much trouble in Heaven.
